PHOTOGRAPHY LICENSING AGREEMENT

This Photography Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes a formal contract between the Photographer and the Client. By signing this document, both parties agree to the specific terms of sale, image delivery, and usage rights detailed below for the digital photographs provided.

Parties Involved

Client: NW Fish Expo, LLC.
Photographer(Required)

Scope & Deliverables

The Photographer agrees to provide the following digital assets (the “Images”): 10 Images of Client’s choice from gallery
Description: 10 images of fishing in the Pacific Northwest

Usage Rights & License

The Photographer retains the copyright to the images. The Photographer hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display the Images according to the permitted uses outlined below.

Permitted Uses

The Client is permitted to use the Images for the business website, company social media, digital marketing, and promotional materials. Additionally, the Client is permitted to display, broadcast, or otherwise use the Images live or as part of presentations, signage, and marketing collateral at events.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a total of $100 per image used, $1,000 total.

If you would like to be paid with a check, please provide your mailing address for payment.
Payment Terms: Within 7-10 business days of signing this agreement.

Attribution & Credits

The Client is not required to provide photo credit to the Photographer.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between the Client and the Photographer regarding the usage of these specific images.
