Booth Setup: Every booth footprint includes professional black carpet and standard pipe-and-drape backdrop.

Standard Power: A basic 110V electrical allotment is provided with each booth space. Any heavy-duty power upgrades or specialized electrical distributions must be coordinated directly with our designated Event Coordinated contractor prior to move-in.

Insurance Requirement: All exhibiting companies are required to carry general liability insurance naming the NW Hunt Expo as an additional insured. Detailed coverage requirements and submission instructions will be provided upon application approval.
